I am a hand & wrist surgeon and passionate advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion in orthopaedics. I am honoured to be a founding member and Vice President of IODA and to be surrounded by an incredible team of diverse advocates from around the world. Looking forward to a culture in orthopaedics where everyone can thrive. In the mean time, IODA is here to connect you, share information, shine a light on the many orthopaedic surgeons who are female or from communities that are under-represented in orthopaedics. Ultimately my driving force is the desire to decrease inequity in orthopaedic care which diversity, equity and inclusion shall achieve.
