Working as a PHO in QLD, keen to understand more about how to sustainably and equitably support increasing diversity in the orthopaedic community.

I specialise in paediatrics and foot and ankle after completing fellowships (Vancouver and Auckland) and maintain a practice in hip and knee arthroplasty and trauma also. I am happy to be settled back in Christchurch, New Zealand, with my husband and three young sons after traveling for several years to complete training and fellowships.

I'm a Project Coordinator at the Australian Orthopaedic Association National Joint Replacement Registry. My team and I are working on a national rollout of Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) across all hospitals that perform joint replacements in Australia.
I have a keen interest in diversity and my professional background stems across a range of roles focussing on gender equality and women's rights.
