I am currently a post CCT Fellow at Wrightington, subspecialising in hip reconstruction. Prior to this fellowship I completed a fellowship and Locum Consultant post in Sarcoma and Joint Reconstruction Unit at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore.

In February 2023, I will commence my substantive Consultant position at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.

My specialist training was completed within the East of England deanery.

I sit on the education committee for both the British Hip Society and BJJ. I enjoy teaching, and while I am an ATLS instructor, I also organise a programme for central Doctors to prepare for their ST3 Interviews, and organise the Norwich FRCS course. I am involved as a mentor in the East of England as well as through the British Hip Society Mentoring programme.

I am particularly keen to promote the visibility of Women Arthroplasty surgeons, and I have established a regional network, Women of East Anglia Trauma Surgeons (WEATS). We offer a series of free career transition webinars inline with my second passion which is to increase accessibility of Orthopaedics by reducing the costs incurred in training.

I am a council member for BOFAS and the BOA and have led on education for over 10 years. I direct the BOA Future Leaders Programme.
